NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS ON ANNEXATION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS, THAT:

The City of Richmond, Texas, proposes to institute annexation proceedings to enlarge and extend the boundary limits of said city to include the following described territory it owns, to-wit:

A 0.286 acre tract of land located at 1717 FM 359, Fort Bend County, Texas. being a ten-foot wide (10.00') portion of the right-of-way of state farm market highway no. 359, being in Randall Jones Survey, Abstract No. 42, Fort Bend County, Texas.

Public hearings will be held by the City of Richmond, Texas , on April 4, 2014 at 8:30 a.m. and on April 21, 2014 at 4:30 p.m., both public hearings being held in the City Commission chambers of the Richmond City Hall Annex at 600 Morton Street, Richmond, Texas for all persons interested in the above proposed annexation. At said times and place, all such persons shall have the right to appear and be heard. Of all said matters and things, all persons interested in the things and matters herein mentioned, will take notice.
